Changed your mind? No worries! You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Here’s what you need to know:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box (if applicable).
- Only non-sale and non-customized items are returnable.
To initiate a return, email us at support@therhude.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be:
- Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
